💜 WHY IS ADELE TAKING THE LEAP? 🪂
On 5th September, Adele will be jumping out of a plane to raise money for Bradley’s Promise.
But this isn't just about a skydive…
It’s about helping young people aged 16–25 living with life-limiting conditions have the support, friendship and sense of belonging they deserve. 💜
Bradley’s Promise is working to bridge the gap between children’s and adult care, supporting young people and their families through what can be an incredibly difficult transition.
Adele is helping us continue that work — and we couldn't be more grateful. 💜

Tickets are ÂŁ5 per person and must be paid for in advance by bank transfer.
Please make your payment using the bank details provided above. There is no online booking facility at present.
Once you have made your payment, please email fundraiser@bradleyspromise.co.uk with your name and the number of tickets you have paid for.
Once your payment has been received and confirmed, we will send your virtual ticket by email. Please make sure you have your virtual ticket available to show when you arrive at the Afternoon Tea.
đź’ś Please purchase your tickets as soon as possible so we can make sure we have enough food and refreshments for everyone attending.
